What you need to know
After you book, the company will call you to schedule the initial assessment session based on your availability. The initial Assessment / Consultation fee will be waived when a session or package is purchased.

NOTE: There will be an additional Transportation Fee for every booking. The fee varies on the client's location. 

Background Information
Carla was born and raised in the Philippines. She graduated 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She also obtained her Certificate in Teaching Program in 2016. In 2016, she decided to move to the UAE and started her career catering children with special needs.

She became a part of Child Center UAE and act as the Program Supervisor. Carla allocated her time helping kids improve their skills such as social and academic. She has been dealing with individual with special needs for almost 9 years.

Her love and passion in teaching exceptional individuals makes her believe that this will be her "Purpose" in life, "to touch lives and transform individuals with special needs".

Being the Program Supervisor, Carla runs the Initial Assessments in Child Center UAE. Copy of the report is be given after 2-3 working days. Assessment result and the recommendation is indicated in the report.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) have been proven in many studies as the leading proven treatment and method of choice on treating individuals with autism spectrum disorder at any level.

It is a methodology that incorporates basic behavioral principles such as positive reinforcement, prompting, shaping and generalization that directly impacts the child's development of language, socialization and reduction of maladaptive behaviors.

ABA method is used to support persons with autism and similar disorders in at least six ways.

To increase desired/appropriate behaviors: Reinforcing procedures increase on task behavior or social interactions.
To teach new skills: Systematic instruction and reinforcement procedures teach functional life skills, communication skills or social skills.
To maintain behaviors: Teaching self-control and self-monitoring procedures to maintain and generalize job-related social skills.
To generalize or to transfer behaviors from one situation or response to another: Completes assignment in a specialized school to performing as well in a mainstream school setting.
To restrict or narrow conditions under which interfering behaviors occur: Modifying the learning environment
To reduce interfering behaviors: Preventing self-injury or stereotype.
