Our trampoline based class is a full-body workout! You will be working on various muscle groups along with cardio. A warm-up will get your heart and body ready, followed by a jumping routine workout. Muscles will be targeted in a muscle focus session followed by a stretch cool down.
Ages 5-7 Kids Club
● 5 Classes - 1 Class + 1 Active Play per Week (Valid for 6 Weeks)
● 12 Classes - 2 Classes + 2 Active Play per Week (Valid for 8 Weeks)
● 24 Classes - 3 Classes + 3 Active Play per Week (Valid for 10 Weeks)
