Our ladies only programme caters for a wide range of abilities, with our fully qualified female coaches creating a comfortable environment for you to improve your swimming ability

Monday & Wednesday: 2:15 PM - 3:00 PM / 6:00 PM - 6:45 PM
Thursday: 12:00 PM - 12:45 PM / 2:00 PM - 2:45 PM / 6:00 PM - 6:45 PM / 6.45 PM - 7.30 PM
Friday: 2:00 PM - 2:45 PM / 2:45 PM - 3:30 PM / 6:30 PM - 7:15 PM
Saturday: 4:00 PM - 4:45 PM / 4:45 PM - 5:30 PM / 5:30 PM - 6:15 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM / 10:45 AM - 11:30 AM / 5.30 PM - 6.15 PM
ADULTS
At Apex Swimming Club, we provide highly qualified and motivated coaches who cater to all levels of ability. We have sessions for Adult Learn to Swim lessons, Recreational Swimming sessions and for those looking for performance enhancing programmes to deliver excellence in a competitive environment.
Duration: classes should be finished within 6 weeks from the first class date.
